Exodus of Jersey City, NJ, is the in-home/community program of Urban Behavioral Health Services Corporation. We serve clients in Hudson, Essex, Passaic, and Union counties. You can come to our office for behavioral health services, or we will provide them to you in your home or community. For your convenience, New Jersey transit stops directly in front of our office door. Transportation is available for school- and agency-referred clients.

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health problems, we accept self-referrals as well as school, family, and community referrals. Medicaid, private insurance, and all major credit cards are acceptable methods of payment.
